The short version
Use the site, buy the merch, don't be a jerk. We print on demand through partners, we ship to the address you give us, and we stand behind what we sell.
Orders and fulfillment
- Merch is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner (Printify) and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Make sure it's right — we print what you ordered.
- Payment is processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full payment details.
- Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Sales, discounts, and promo pricing apply as displayed — we can end a promotion at any time.
Shipping and returns
Print-on-demand items are made for you when you order. Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final except for damaged, defective, or misprinted items — those we replace or refund, no drama. See our returns page for the details.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the site for anything illegal, and don't try to break it.
- Don't scrape, copy, or resell our designs, artwork, or content without written permission.
- Reviews and messages you send us should be yours to share — don't post anything you don't have the right to.
Our stuff stays ours
All artwork, designs, logos, text, and other content on this site belong to Dead Brands, LLC (or our licensors). Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — not the design rights.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or our products. If something we sold you is defective, our responsibility is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The current version always lives at this page, and your order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
