OG Founders Terms

These are plain-language terms for the Dead Brands MCP OG Founders Tier. They are not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed contract.

Fee. Joining costs a one-time $1,499 USD. It is non-recurring — not a subscription.
OG status. Founders who join during this bootstrap period are grandfathered into the OG Tier. Sponsorship programs may evolve; OG founders keep their OG status.
Permanent Founders link. You receive a permanent link listing in the Founders section. That link is kept even if future sponsorship programs change or end.
Use of proceeds. Proceeds go toward building a full Dead Brands MCP server, AAA-quality games, and a AAA community experience. No delivery dates are guaranteed.
Listing standards. Dead Brands may refuse or remove listings that are illegal, hateful, adult, malware/phishing, or otherwise harmful. When we remove a listing for those reasons, we will offer a reasonable link-swap option when practical.
Updates. Founders can update their listing link by emailing david@deadbrands.co.
Refunds. Refundable within 14 days if the listing has not gone live. After the listing is live, the fee is non-refundable.
Not an investment. This purchase does not grant equity, ownership, dividends, or investment returns in Dead Brands, LLC or Dead Brands MCP.
